Kenneth Williams, sentenced to death for the 1999 slaying of Cecil Boren, a Lincoln County farmer and former prison warden, was executed Thursday night. Court documents outline details of fatal shooting at Dumas

Police recovered 16 shell casings from a Dumas Street where a McGehee man was fatally shot last month, according to documents released last week when 10th Judicial District Prosecutor Thomas Deen filed capital murder and aggravated assault charges against a Monticello man suspected in the homicide. Drew County man files first air ambulance lawsuit in Arkansas

About a year and a half ago, James W. Ferrell went to the emergency room of the Bradley County Medical Center in Warren complaining of chest pains. Shortly thereafter, he was placed into an Air Evac Lifeline helicopter and transported 41 miles to Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
