Pedestrian dies on highway in Ashley County

  A pedestrian died Thursday night when he was struck by a vehicle on Arkansas 133 North in Ashley County, according to an Arkansas State Police preliminary accident report. Max Huber, 77, of Crossett was walking south in a traffic lane of Highway 133 North when he was struck by a southbound vehicle, according to State Police. Huber died at the scene of the accident. Junk Hunt Loop in Southeast Arkansas set for this fall

The second annual Junk Hunt Loop, a 3-day multi-county yard sale along highways 79 and 63 in Southeast Arkansas, has been set for October 5 through October 7.
