Deann Alice Cingolani, 79, of Lake Village, passed away on July 5, 2019.
She was the second daughter born to Hazel and William Skinner on November 26, 1939 in Eudora.
Deann married Joseph “Joe” Cingolani on January 26, 1956. They were married for 45 years.
She was a retired decorator from Paul Michaels in Lake Village and longtime seamstress. She was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Village. One of her great joys was attending daily Mass and praying the rosary.
Deann is survived by her children, Katrina Dujay of Dumas, Jeff Cingolani and wife, Robin, of Springdale, Jodie Downen and husband, Ricky, of Dumas, and Philip Cingolani of Fayetteville; her sisters, Pippa Evans of Lake Village, Matti Palluconi of Claremore, Oklahoma, Nena Johnson and husband, Tommy, of McGehee; a brother, William Skinner, Jr. of El Dorado; and six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Cingolani, her parents, and sister, Bibi Skinner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8, at 5:30 p.m. followed by the rosary at 6:15 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Village. The funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 9, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Village with Fr. Stephen Hart officiating followed by graveside at McGehee Cemetery 12:45.
