State Rep. Don Glover recently was recognized for his work in the Arkansas Legislature.

The Arkansas State Chamber/Associated Industries of Arkansas presented Glover with a 2019 Business Matters Leadership Award for supporting positive business initiatives during the 92nd General Assembly, according to a news release announcing the award.

The award was presented to Glover at a State Chamber/AIA Door-to-Door Meeting in Pine Bluff.

Glover, a Democrat from Dermott, is serving his first term as the District 11 State Representative.

The Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce/Associated Industries of Arkansas is the leading voice for business at the State Capitol and serves as the primary business advocate on all issues affecting Arkansas employers. The State Chamber/AIA’s mission is to promote a pro-business, free-enterprise agenda and contest anti-business legislation, regulations and rules, according to the news release.
