William Earl “Bill” McCoy, 64, of Lake Village, died on November 26, 2017 at Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village.
Mr. McCoy was born on January 14, 1953 in Whitton, Arkansas to the late Arthur William and the late Ruth (Anderson) McCoy. He married Enid Elise Mangrum on April 4, 1992 in Lake Village. He was member of Jennie Baptist Church and worked for Nooter Construction as a boiler maker for more than 17 years.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Peggy Smith McCoy; a daughter, LaRhonda Jean McCoy; four brothers, Tommy, Harold, Ottis and Jimmy McCoy, two sisters, Betty Rodgers and Mary McCoy; and one grandson, Leland McCoy.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Enid Elise (Mangrum) McCoy, of Lake Village; two daughters, Angela L. Willhite and husband, Michael of Hamburg, and Miranda Althea McCoy of Lake Village; one son, Brock McCoy and wife, Brandi of Hamburg; two sisters, Jean Akins of Mississippi and Cybil Smith of Dover, Florida; six grandchildren, Lexie, Shelby, Micah, Lilly, Anna-Leigh McCoy, and Ethan Willhite; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 4 at Jesus Christ House of Prayer in Lake Village with Bro. Scott Ricks officiating.
