Lupus is an autoimmune disease characterized by inflammation of the tissue and organs. The condition is treatable but incurable.
The walk is dedicated to Christopher Lani Smith, a beloved, son, husband and father who was full of life and kept a smile on the faces of those who knew him. He fought a hard battle that peacefully ended on November 16, 2015.
