Leslie Rutledge, Republican candidate for state Attorney General, will be the special guest speaker at the October 14 meeting of the Southeast Arkansas TEA Party.
Rutledge will speak to the TEA Party about her campaign and plans for the office.
Rutledge began her legal career as clerk for Arkansas Court of Appeals Judge Josephine Hart, now Associate Justice on the Supreme Court. She served as Deputy Counsel for Governor Mike Huckabee and Legal Counsel on the Mike Huckabee for President Campaign. Rutledge also worked as Legal Counsel for the Republican National Committee. She is currently practicing law at The Rutledge Firm, PLLC, in Little Rock.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Living Word Fellowship Church located on U.S. 425 South in Monticello across the highway from Ryburn Automotive Superstore in the south end of the building housing Cowboy’s Restaurant. The meeting is open to the public.
