The Arkansas House of Representatives on Thursday adopted a memorial resolution honoring State Rep. Sheilla Lampkin’s contributions to Arkansas and her local community. Lampkin, of Monticello, died on July 23 of ovarian cancer.
“Sheilla was loved by everyone in the House and she loved all of you,” Rep. Betty Overbey said in her introduction of House Memorial Resolution 1001.
