Arthur Benton Collins, 81, of Monticello passed away on April 5, 2016 in Pine Bluff.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Dumas, a 32nd degree Mason, a member of Delta Lodge #752, and Arkansas Aerial Applicators. He was retired from Cummins Drainage District Board, a pilot for Central Flying service for 17 years, and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean Era.

Mr. Collins was born on October 25, 1934 in Washington, Kansas and was the son of the late Charles Arthur and Winnie Rose Gano Collins.

Survivors are his wife, Darlene Collins of Monticello; two sons, Bill Collins of Tillar and Bob Collins of Jerome; a daughter, Alice Belinda Weikel of Donnelville, Ohio; one sister, Betty Seagraves of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Visitation is April 7 from 6-8 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home in Dumas.

Funeral services will be held on April 8 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Dumas with Rev. Dubs Byers officiating. Burial will be at Dark Corner Cemetery near Gould.
