Bettie Lou Bryant, 92, of Little Rock, formerly of Crossett, passed away on January 27, 2021.

She was born on December 9, 1928 to Luther Henry and Fanchion Adelle Spence in Derma, Mississippi.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Derma, Mississippi and former member of Bellevue Baptist of Memphis, Tennessee and First Baptist Church of Crossett. Bettie was active in WMU and portrayed Lottie Moon at church functions for many years. She was an active member and former president of Crossett Hospital Auxiliary and a 1946 graduate of Derma High School in 1946.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Donald E. Bryant, Sr. (1986).

Left to cherish her memory are her three children, Bettie F. Bryant of Maumelle, Mary Angela Cook (Steve) of Rogers, and Donald E. Bryant, Jr. of Little Rock; three grandchildren, Staci A. Shearon (Heath) of Maumelle, Erin A. Thompson (Reese) of Springdale and Matthew H. Cook (Korey) of Rogers; three great grandchildren, Sydney E. Wood of Maumelle, Hannah E. Thompson of Springdale and Gavin S. Thompson of Springdale; one sister, Mary Jean Griffin of Conover, North Carolina, two step great grandchildren, Reese Shearon and Emma Shearon, both of Maumelle.

The family will have private graveside services at Pinewood Memorial Park with Bro. Jaimie Alexander, officiating.
