Betty D. Reaves, 68, of Dumas passed away on December 21, 2018.
She was a member of First Assembly of God Church and the co-owner and business manager of Designer Ware with her husband. She enjoyed painting and crafts during her free time.
Mrs. Reaves was born on July 22, 1950 in Dumas and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Jo Ann Spivey Hawkins.
Her parents, a son, Larry Cantrell, Jr., and a sister, Margaret Culpepper, all preceded her in death.
Survivors are her husband, Randy Reaves of Dumas; her children, Karen Word of Dumas, Steven Cantrell of Tyro, Lee Michael Dougan of Rohwer, Shea Dougan of Dumas, Julie Anne (Kyle) Williams of Lakin, Kansas; stepchildren, Steve (Lana) Reaves of Little Rock and Nick (Laura) Reaves of Sheridan; two sisters, Sandra Files and Michelle (Bobby) King all of Dumas; and 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 22, from 4 p.m. until 6 pm at Griffin Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 23, at 2 pm, First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Scott Gilbreth officiating. Burial will be at Dark Corner Cemetery.
