Betty Jo Tullis, 80, of McGehee, passed away on April 9, 2016.
She worked as a dietitian in the cafeteria at McGehee Public Schools for many years and was a member of First Assembly of God Church of McGehee. She loved spending time with her family and was very fond of the family dog “Taylor”. She enjoyed going to the movie theater and eating popcorn.
Betty was born in Coushatta, Louisiana, a daughter of the late John Henry and Mittie Broadway Tullis.
Survivors include brothers Bill (Anne) Tullis of McGehee and Jim Tullis of Portland, Tennessee; numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation is April 13 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee.
Funeral services will be held on April 14 at 4 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church in McGehee with Rev. Terry Morgan officiating. Burial will be at McGehee Cemetery.
