Beverly Bitely Miller, 68, of Star City passed away on April 23, 2018 at Lincoln Heights Healthcare in Star City.

She was born on August 14, 1949 in Pine Bluff and was the daughter of the late Randy and Nelle Barton Roe.

She was a member of Linwood Baptist Church, was retired from Simmons Bank and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Galen Bitely; a son, Shawn Bitely; and grandson, Jase Andrew Scott.

Survivors include a son, Spencer (Karla) Hughes of Bauxite; daughter, Amanda (Andy) Scott of Star City; two brothers, Bob (Kelly) Roe of Ladd and Marty Roe of Pine Bluff; and three grandchildren, Tyler Hughes, Jake Hughes and Ryan Mills.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 26 at 2 p.m. at the Nicholson Cemetery. Visitation is Wednesday, April 25 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City.
