Billy Joe Harmon, 63, of Dumas passed away on February 14, 2017 in Dumas.

He was born on November 2, 1953 in Tyronza, Arkansas and was the son of the late, Mose Harmon, Jr and Betty Crumley Harmon.

He was a Baptist and a retired truck driver.

Survivors are his wife, Susan Tedder Harmon of Dumas; two daughters, Kelly Burris of Dumas and Sally (Chris) Howard of White Hall; three sisters, Suzie Tucker of Star City, Debbie Bohnert of Gillett and Harriet (Larry) Posey of Dumas; and three grandchildren who were the love of his life, Gage Burris, Jaxon and Kristin Howard.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel. Service will be at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 16 at Griffin Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Jordan officiating. Burial will be at Walnut Lake Cemetery.
