Bonnie Nell Johnson Mann, 75, of Star City died on February 17, 2017 at her home.
She was a member of Southside Missionary Baptist Church, where she was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Senior Saints, the choir and was a past youth sponsor. She loved shopping, camping, visiting Branson and especially loved her grandchildren. She was a retired beauty operator and a chicken farmer.
Mrs. Mann was born on December 15, 1941 in Lincoln County and was the daughter of the late Ealie and Ella Mae Lee Johnson.
Also preceding her in death was a sister, Jo Ann Johnson.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John Harold Mann; son, Jerry Mack (Jamie) Mann; two daughters, Jo (Gerald) Boardman and Jill (Randy) Noble, all of Star City; eight grandchildren, Tyler Wayne Boardman, Gerald Boardman, Jr., Jessica Noble, Brent (Kendal) Noble, Noah Noble, Taylor Mann, Maggie Mann and Emma Mann; and four great-grandchildren, Hayden Cade Boardman, Jaxon Boardman, Ella Boardman and Madelyn Boardman.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, February 20 at Griffin Funeral Chapel with Bros. Jarrod Pettit and John Marlar officiating. Visitation will be held Sunda from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Butler/Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
