Bruce McLance Watson, 54, of Eudora passed away on March 23, 2020, at Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village.
He was born on July 17, 1965, in Rison and was the son of the late Lamourn Watson and the late Ledora (Lewis) Watson.
Mr. Watson was the associate minister of Bright Morning Star MB Church in Eudora and was the distribution manager for 13 years at Superior Uniform Group in Eudora. He was a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity at the University of Arkansas at Monticello, an avid hunter and Raider’s fan.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Derrick Watson Sr.
Mr. Watson is survived by his wife, Alilesha Bonita (Henderson) Watson of Eudora; five sons, Rogeric Smith of Little Rock, Courtney Belin of Conway, Brandon Cooksey and wife, Tyiesha, of Conway, Jeremiah Watson of Little Rock and Donovan Watson of Conway; a brother, Brigham Watson, and wife, Connie, of Rison; four stepsons, Deandra Henderson, Jamarion Plummer, Landon Henderson, and Rhodrick Gentry all of Eudora; a stepdaughter, Rhodlicia Gentry of Eudora; a sister-in-law, Jerelene Watson of Rison; a grandson, Lux “Big Lux” Cooksey; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
No funeral services are planned.
