The 26th Annual Buck Fever Festival in Banks will be held November 9-11 . The festival will feature the traditional events and attractions like a parade, dance, cake walks, talent show, chili dinner, pageants, and arts and crafts and new features: the “General Lee” car and “Daisy Dukes” jeep from the the television program Dukes of Hazzard and a shooting range provided by Daisy BB. The event will conclude Sunday with a community worship service.
6:30 p.m. Pageants at the tent. Baby boys and; 4 other divisions of girls and boys. Admission fee.
Vendors, concessions, arts and crafts exhibits open
Antler exhibit entries. Cash prizes given. No entry fee.
9 a.m. Dukes of Hazard exhibit opens.

10:30 a.m. Dog Show
11 a.m. Chili Dinner
12 Parade on Main Street
12:30 p.m. Judging for best deer
2 p.m. Talent Show – admission fee.
6:30 p.m. Pageants (young miss, junior miss, Miss Buck Fever)
8 p.m. Dance
10 a.m. – 12 a.m. Community praise and worship (in the tent). Hunters welcome. Wear your camouflage.
Pageant divisions include: Baby Girl & Baby Boy 0-12 months; Toddler Miss & Mr. 13-23 months; Tiny Miss & Little Mr. 2-4 years; Little Miss & Mr. Buck Fever 5-7 years; Petite Miss 8-10 years: Young Miss 11-12 years; Jr. Miss 13-15 years; Miss Buck Fever 16-21. Entry deadline is November 6. Entry fee is $15.
