5:04 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 5:45 p.m. for Ashley County.

4:55 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect until 5:45 p.m. for Desha, Drew, Lincoln, and Arkansas counties.

4:49 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Bradley County until 5:15 p.m.

4:46 p.m. .A Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect until 5 p.m. for Cleveland, Bradley, Drew and Lincoln counties.

4:31 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Lincoln, Desha, Jefferson, Arkansas and Monroe counties  is in effect until 5 p.m.

4:13 p.m. —   A  Flash Flood Warning is in effect until 7:15 p.m. for Arkansas, Bradley, Cleveland, Drew, Jefferson, Lincoln,  Calhoun and Ouachita counties.

4:05 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 5 p.m. for Cleveland, Bradley, Calhoun, Drew and Lincoln counties until 5 p.m.

3:57 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Cleveland, Lincoln, Desha, Jefferson, Arkansas, and Monroe counties until 5 p.m.

3:36 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Cleveland, Dallas and Jefferson, counties is in effect until 4:30 p.m.

2:45 p.m. —  A Tornado Watch is in effect until 10 p.m. for Ashley, Chicot and Union counties.

1:35 p.m. Tornado Watch is in effect until 9 p.m. for Drew, Desha, Lincoln counties in Southeast Arkansas until 9 p.m.

1:02 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Cleveland, Dallas, southwest Jefferson, southeastern Grant, northeastern Calhoun, and northern Ouachita counties until 1:45 p.m.

11:52 a.m. — A Tornado Watch has been issued for Bradley, Cleveland and Jefferson counties in Southeast Arkansas until 5 p.m.

5:41 a.m.  — A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 6:15 a.m. for southwestern Ashley County.

Southeast Arkansas (and the entire eastern portion of the state) is at a moderate risk of severe weather today, according to a National Weather Service severe weather briefing. See the National Weather Service graphic above.

All hazards will be possible, including damaging winds of up to 80 miles per hour, a chance of a few tornadoes, and golf ball-sized hail.
