Chris Perry, 48, of Warren, died April 6, 2014 as a result of a automobile accident.

He was born May 4, 1965 in Bradley County and was the son of Mittie Faye Perry of Hermitage and the late Jesse Walter Perry.

Also preceding him death was his daughter Hannah Perry, who also died in the automobile accident, and a brother, Lee Perry.

Mr. Perry was a hard working and very devoted family man who never met a stranger. He would gladly give the shirt off his back to someone in need.

He was his daughter, Hannah’s biggest fan and supporter in life and in racing, and supported his sons equally. He was a member of the Hermitage Baptist Church, was owner and operator of Perry’s Lawn Service for 35 years and owned and operated Chris Perry Farms for six years.

He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Nicholson Perry; two sons, Nicholas Perry and Anthony Creamer, both of Warren; two sisters, Linda Wyman and husband Richard, Peggy Huenerberg and husband Jerry, all of Houston, Texas; two brothers, James Ronald Perry and wife Jane of Conway and Terry Perry and wife Toni, of Houston, Texas; a sister-n-law, Karen Perry of New Edinburg; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held April 9 at 2 p.m. at Frazer’s Funeral Home in Warren. Burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Visitation is April 8 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
