Chris Ware, 48, of Hamburg, died Friday, January 1, 2016 at his residence.
Mr. Ware was a native and life long resident of Hamburg. He graduated from Hamburg High School in 1986 and he was an electrician. He loved his dog Roscoe and loved to hunt and fish.
He is preceded in death by his father, Charles Ware in 1992; a sister, Joy Adcock in 2014 and his grandparents, Ralph Stahley, Jean Reffett Stahley Butcher, Clarke and Maybelle Downey Ware.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Alisa Eubanks Ware; a son, Charlie Ware; two daughters, Sydnie and Corrie Ware; his mother, Faye Stahley Ware Glover and husband, Thomas, all of Hamburg; a sister, Sonja Griffin and husband, Kenny, of Crossett; two step-brothers, David Glover of Little Rock and Brian Glover of Kansas City, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services and burial are 3:30 p.m., Sunday, January 3, 2016 in the Crossroad Cemetery with Bro. John Martin officiating. Pallbearers are Richard Weatherly, Jamie Vail, Mark Pennington, Terry Trammell, Tracy Aiken, John David Higginbotham and Chucky Peterson. Visitation will be 1-2:30 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
