Curtis Ray Haynes, 67, of Hamburg, died January 4, 2014 at Magnolia.
Mr. Haynes was a native and life long resident of Hamburg. He was a timber worker and he attended the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey Lee and Tiny Bell Savage Haynes; a sister, Christine Haynes and a brother, William Lee Haynes.
He is survived by two sons, Anthony Haynes and Joseph Haynes both of Hamburg; five daughters, Rachel Katcham and April Haynes both of Texarkana, Texas; Heather Haynes, Susan Haynes and Brianna Lee and husband, Chris, all of Texarkana, Ark.; four brothers, Harold Haynes of Crossett, Aubrey Haynes and John Haynes both of Hamburg and Larry Haynes of Crossett; two sisters, Leonia Crass of Hamburg and Shirley Haynes of Lake Village; six granddaughters, Summer and Autumn Swayze, Winter Katcham, Sarah and Maddison Pfeifer and Zoe Haynes and two nieces and three nephews.
Graveside funeral services and burial will be held January 8 at 10 a.m. at the Mt. Zion Cemetery with Rev. Lavon Piker officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Wendell Steel, Melvin Cross, James Mashburn, Ryan Piker, Henry Bissell and Raymond West.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with expenses.
