A damage survey team from the National Weather Service at Little Rock on Monday rated the Fordyce area (Dallas County) with EF2 tornado damage. Among some of the highest rated damage caused by the Sunday night tornado was significant damage to houses northwest of Fordyce, the country club, and a set of transmission towers.

No injuries or fatalities were reported.

The Arkansas Department of Emergency Management (ADEM) on Monday received damage reports from six counties. Detailed damage assessments are ongoing.

In Dallas County, ADEM recieved reports of 15 to 20 homes with moderate to major damage. Five were determined to be a total loss. Also, power outages and fallen trees were reported throughout the county

In Arkansas County, ADEM received reports of one mobile home destroyed and major damage in the Dewitt area. Minor damage was reported at the Dewitt airport and a couple of grain bins.

Two mobile homes were destroyed in Phillips County in the White Camp/Calico Bottoms area and there was a damaged gas line reported in Jefferson County and power lines down throughout that county.

Howard and Pike counties both reported power outages and fallen trees.
