Daniel H. Wigley has joined the Gibson & Keith, PLLC, law firm in Monticello where he will focus his practice on criminal law, civil litigation and legal transactions.

The Monticello native earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas Law School and is licensed to to practice before the Arkansas Supreme Court, the Arkansas Court of Appeals, the Circuit Courts of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in St. Louis.

Wigley is a graduate of Monticello High School where he played football and other sports, Arkansas State University, and the University of Arkansas Law School where competed in numerous trial and negotiations competitions, and represented clients through the school’s Criminal Practice Clinic.

In a news release announcing his association with the Gibson & Keith law firm, Wigley said he looks forward to carrying on the firm’s 40-year tradition of serving the legal needs of the people and businesses of Southeast Arkansas.

The firm is located at 119 South Main Street in Monticello.
