Darlene Cupit, 64, of Montrose, died on July 7, 2020, at Baptist Medical Health Center in Little Rock.
She was born on July 1, 1956, in Williams, Arizona and was the daughter of the late Thomas Perry and the late Jewell (Robertson) Perry.
Mrs. Cupit was a paraprofessional at the Dermott School District.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Gene Cupit; two sons, Perry (Lindsey) Cupit of Bellaire and Jason (Queonte) Cupit of Montrose; a sister, Ladonna (Robin) Mixon of Hector; two granddaughters, Abbie Cupit and Kaytlin Huff of Bellaire; a nephew, Tommy (Sabrina) Mixon of Russellville; three great-nieces, Trinity Samara and Alana Mixon and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, July 10 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Bishop-King Funeral Home in Lake Village.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 11, at 10 a.m. at Bayou Mason Baptist Church on Airport Road in Lake Village with Bro. John Compton and Bro. Bobby Franklin officiating. Burial will follow at Bayou Mason Cemetery under the direction of Bishop-King Funeral Home of Lake Village.
