David Foster, Jr.

David Lee Foster, Jr., 25, of McGehee passed away on May 15, 2015 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.

He was a 2008 graduate of McGehee High School and worked as a painter with his father. He was a member of Church of The Nazarene in McGehee and later attended Victory Covenant Church in McGehee.

Mr. Foster was born on November 8, 1989 to Lola Henry and David Lee Foster, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mr. Willie B. Henry and Margreat Henry and paternal grandfather, Mr. Bobby Foster, Sr.; two uncles, John Edward White and Bobby Foster, Jr.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Derick Foster of Pine Bluff; sisters, Winter Noble of Little Rock and LaQusta Foster of Lake Village; paternal grandmother, Gertrude Glover, of Lake Village; a brother-in-law, Elijah Noble, of Little Rock, and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and cousins, as well as special friends, Cheyenne Reaves and her parents DeWayne and Tina Reaves of McGehee and Valencia Gaines of Monticello.

Visitation is May 22 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee. Funeral services will be held at Victory Covenant Church in McGehee on May 23 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jason Martin officiating. Burial will be at Strangers Rest Cemetery in Lake Village.
