David R. “Rusty” Cotham, 51 of Monticello, passed away May 7, 2014 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.
He was a welder with White’s Industrial Service and of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and gardening with his grandchildren.
Mr. Cotham was born March 14, 1963 in Monticello.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Pennie White Sanders Cotham; his father, Keith Cotham; maternal grandparents, William and Jean Derryberry; paternal grandparents, Van and Jerry Van Cleave Cotham; two uncles, Van Cleave Cotham and Price Cotham.
Survivors include three daughters, Candice Cotham of Monticello, Heather Terry and husband Chuck of Rison and Kerryn Henderson and husband Edward of Pine Bluff; his mother, Melba Cotham Christy of Monticello; one brother, Brad Cotham of Monticello; one sister, Tina Cotham Davis and husband Steve of Rock Springs; five grandchildren, Robbie Terry, Rebecca Terry and C. J. Terry, all of Rison and Hayden and Joshua Henderson of Pine Bluff, numerous aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Graveside service will be held May 12 at 10 a.m. at Mt. Zion Cemetery at Rison. Visitation is May 11 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Stephenson Dearman Funeral Home in Monticello.
