Dennis Quentin Crow, 61, of Lake Village, passed away on January 22, 2017 at his home.
Visitation will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at Bayou Mason Baptist Church, followed by The Celebration of his life beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Portland Cemetery under the direction of Ray Funeral Home.
Mr. Crow was born on November 14, 1955, in Dermott to James William Crow and Minnie Davidson Crow.
He began his career in farming with his father. Because of his love for the outdoors and land, he was a farmer until he retired. He loved hunting and all kinds of racing, especially with his children, grandchildren, family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, James William Crow and a grandson, Andrew Payton Wells.
He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Brenda Shaver Crow; a daughter, Bridgett Wells and her husband Chris of Lake Village; a son, Neal Crow and his wife, Angela of Jerome; his mother, Minnie Davidson Crow; two sisters; Loretta Crow Seymour and husband James of Lake Village and Connie Crow Effrein of Lake Village; two brothers, Glenn Crow and wife Sharon of Winchester, and Spencer Crow and wife Anna of Holly Springs, Mississippi; five grandchildren, Callie, Ashton and Blaine Wells and Nathan and Katherine Crow; and numerous of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are Joe Williams, Steve Stephenson, Justin Towery, Ted Selby, David Grassi, Danny Kick, Earl Ashley, David Burnett, Zach Prewitt and Eric Selby. Honorary pallbearers are his grandsons, Blaine Wells and Nathan Crow.
