Devan Cole Howard, 18, of Monticello, passed away April 25, 2014 at his home.
He was born August 16, 1995 in Monticello, Arkansas.
He was employed at Taco Bell, attended school in Monticello K-11 and his senior year at Marshall High School at Marshall, Ark. and was a member of Wilmar United Methodist Church in Wilmar.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Lee Howard, Jr and his great-grandmother, Maudie Breedlove.
Survivors include his mother, Paula Howard of Monticello; his father, Kenneth Glen Wrinkle, Jr. of Gillett; two half-sisters, Summer Wrinkle and Kaitlyn Wrinkle both of Pine Bluff; his maternal grandparents, Jewel and John Brixie of Gillett; his paternal grandfather, Kenneth Glen Wrinkle, Sr. of Gillett; his paternal grandmother, Kathy Jackson of Gillett; one aunt and uncle, Jewellee and Adam Mellor of Marshall; two uncles, Wayne and Angela Howard of Monticello and Bobby Howard of Dewitt, many great aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held May 1 at 2 p.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Funeral Home in Monticello. Burial will be at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
Visitation is April 30 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
