Dorothy “Duck” Jean Owen Glover, 84, of Star City died November 12 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.

She was born October 31, 1929 in Palmyra to the late Howard and Etta Collins Owen. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Star City and was retired from C&L Electric.

Also preceding her in death were her husband, William Carroll Glover, Sr. and two sons, William Carroll Glover, Jr. and Lyndell Vance Glover.

Survivors include one son, Stephen (Lorna) Owen Glover of Little Rock; three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be November 14 at 2 p.m. at Leek Cemetery with Bro. Elwin Ollar officiating.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until funeral time at Griffin Funeral Service in Star City.

Pallbearers are Phillip Tucker, Mark Lewis, Keith Hoyt, Keith Heslep, Jason Ross and Judge Sam Stephens. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 904 Autumn Road, Ste 500, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211 .
