Fair 2013

 

The 71st Annual Drew County Fair begins September 23 and runs through September 27.

The annual fair parade, which is set for Tuesday, will feature some very special parade marshals. Drew County’s World War II veterans will serve as parade marshals this year.

September 22
6:30 p.m. Robin Hood Family Gospel Singing

September 23
5 p.m. — Parade on Main Street and exhibits open
6 p.m. – 10 p.m. — “Sneak-a-Peek” carnival rides
9:15 p.m. — Drawing for prize money in breezeway between the educational  and commercial buildings

September 24
6 p.m. – 10 p.m. — Arm band night
9:15 p.m. — Drawing for prize money in breezeway between the educational and commercial buildings

September 25
10 a.m. – 2 p.m. — Senior Citizen Day
6 p.m. – 10 p.m. — Arm band night
9:15 — Drawing for prize money between the educational and commercial buildings

September 26
6:30 p.m. — Bow shoot at Homer Pace Auditorium
8 p.m. — Open Rodeo at the rodeo arena adjacent to the fairgrounds
9:15 p.m. — Drawing for prize money in breezway between the educational and commercial buildings

September 27
10 a.m. — Halter show
1 p.m. – 5 p.m. — Armband day
8 p.m. — Open rodeo at the rodeo arena
9:15 p.m. — Drawing for prize money in breezeway between the educational and commercial buildings

Admission to the fairgrounds is $2. There will be no admission fee for children under the age of two.
