Eric Len Flemister, 43, of Monticello passed away November 28, 2013 at his home.
He was born June 5, 1970 in Drew County and was the son of Larry and Molly Summerford Flemister of Monticello.
He was a graduate of Monticello High School, member of Enon Baptist Church and worked for F.F. Boat Company in Drew County alongside his father. He had also worked as a welder in Alaska and for Flemister Construction Company.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bud & Eula Me Sivils Summerford Audrey and Thelma Flemister; three aunts and six uncles.
Mr. Flemister leaves behind to cherish his memories, his daughter Brittany Catalanotto (Casey) of Bastrop, La.; his stepson, Heath Swain of Monticello; his parents, Larry and Molly Summerford Flemister of Monticello; one brother, Eddie Flemister (Tammie) of Krum, Texas; one sister through love, Billie Jo Dye of Krum, Texas; three grandchildren, Jacob Flemister, Cason Catalonotto, and Asher Catalanotto of Bastrop, La; four nieces, Tina Morley (Joe), Krystal Shultz (Justin), Kodi Lee Flemister and Jessica Smith, all of Krum, Texas; four great-nephews, Jake, Ramson, Blane and Kaidyn and two great-nieces, Emary and Mekenzie all of Krum, Texas.
He is also survived by his uncle, Bobby Jack Flemister (Bonita) and his aunts, Dorsy Marcussem, Christine Summerford and Mary Cathryn Flemister all of Monticello; and several loved cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held November 30 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Stephenson Dearman Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on December 1 at 4 p.m. at Stephenson Dearman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Union Ridge Cemetery on Midway Route in Drew County.
