ESP (Enhancing Sport Performance) is sponsoring a free athletic development camp for young athletes on Saturday, February 9 at the indoor practice facility at the north end zone of Convoy Leslie “Cotton Boll” Stadium on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Two camp sessions will be offered, one for students currently in grades 6-8, and another for students in grades 9-12. Camps are open to both female and male participants.
All campers will participate in a variety of drills designed to improve speed, power, quickness, agility, core stability, and general fitness. The camp environment will be fun, supportive, instructive, and fast-paced. Camp instructors will include physical therapists, a performance trainer, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Participants will have fun while working hard to become more fit and athletic.
