Floyd (Buddy) Alexander Williams, 79, of Watson, passed away on April 28, 2018.
He was born on June 27, 1938 to the late Charles and Annie Mae Williams in Watson.
Mr. Williams was a veteran of the Arkansas National Guard and the United States Air Force. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his brother and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Annie Mae Williams; a son, Billy Lamar Williams; a brother, Charlie Williams; and two sisters, Kristine and Melvie Williams.
He is survived by his wife, Vernie (Camden) Williams of Watson; daughter, Deborah (Michael) Smith of Lonoke; son, Danny (Wendy) Williams of Dumas; six grandchildren Christopher (Lisa) Smith of Cabot, Amy (Clint) Knighton of El Dorado, Amanda (Todd) Bates of Woodlawn, Timothy (Shelby) Smith of Cabot, Morgan Williams and Alex Williams of Dumas; seven great-grandchildren, Brice Williams of Cabot, Frankie Hughes of Cabot, Triston Bates of Woodlawn, Wyatt Ingle of Cabot, Abby Knighton of El Dorado, Mallie Bates of Woodlawn and Sara Ingle of Cabot; a brother, Gerry (Pat) Williams; three sisters, Bert Moore, Mary (Bob) Beegle, Barbara (Wayne) Irons; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on April 30 from 5-7 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home in Dumas. Graveside services held on May 1 at 2 p.m. at Morgan Cemetery in Watson with Rev. Larry Donaldson officiating.
Pallbearers are Christopher Smith, Timothy Smith, Clint Knighton, Billy Ed Camden, Alex Williams and Brice Williams. Honorary pallbearers are Triston Bates, Wyatt Ingle, Dax Williams, Doyan Moreland and Jimmy Moreland.
