The University of Arkansas at Monticello’s Forestry Club recently co-sponsored the annual Log-a-Load for Kids fund-raiser to benefit the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. The event raised more than $80,000 for Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

During the fundraiser, items were raffled while sports memorabilia, furniture, jewelry, and many other items donated from local businesses, including actual loads of logs, were auctioned.

Students helping with the event were Alana Garbacz of North Little Rock, Cody Cormier of North Little Rock, Jack Pace of Monticello, Tabitha Holloway of Monticello, and Adam Foehringer of Monticello.
