Frances Lucille Fulgham Barrett

Frances Lucille Fulgham Barrett, 80, of Hamburg passed away on July 11, 2016 peacefully among family at the Stonegate Villa Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossett.

She was a native of Mathiston, Mississippi and resided in Hamburg most of her life. She was a member of Gardner Baptist Church, a homemaker and although she had many jobs in her life, her most cherished job was being a wife and mother to her family.

She was predeceased by her father, Arthur Fulgham; two brothers, James and Roger Fulgham; a sister-in-law Shirley Fulgham; and a brother-in-law, Roland Barrett.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Burnice L. Barrett of Hamburg; three sons, Ronald Barrett of Louisiana, James Barrett of Hamburg and Shane Barrett and wife, Tara, of Hot Springs; her mother, Hazel Fulgham of Hamburg; a sister, Christine Wright of Hamburg; a brother, Dewayne Fulgham of Hamburg, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Denny and Diane Barrett, Donald and Kay Bell, and Barbara Barrett; three grandchildren, Holly Barrett David and husband, Jared, of Louisiana, Rhett and Jacob Barrett of Hot Springs as well as, many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on July 15 at 2 p.m. at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel in Hamburg with Bros. Gayle Riles and Eugene Howie officiating. A private burial will be in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Drew County.

Honorary pallbearers are her nephews, Anthony Fulgham, Mike Fulgham, Terry Fulgham, Shawn Fulgham, Adam Wright and Rane Barrett.
