Franklin Lawrence Dale Clark, 89, of Portland, died July 13, 2021, at Dermott Nursing Home.
Franklin was born September 23, 1931, in Fayette, Alabama, the son of the late Luther Clark and the late Maggie (Montgomery) Clark.
Mr. Clark was a U.S. Army veteran that served during the Korean and Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Luther Clark and Maggie Clark; wife, Brenda Clark; and three brothers, James Clark, Billy Clark, and Russell Clark.
Franklin is survived by his three sisters, Brenda Wilson of Portland, Dena Harper (James) of Ranger, Texas, and Joan Kellebrew of Dumas; a brother, Harold Clark of Hayden, Colorado, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 17 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., both at Bishop-King Funeral Home in Lake Village. Pastor Marty Tackett will officiate.
