Fulton D. Brockwell, 86, passed away on March 30, 2015 at Ashley County Medical Center in Crossett.
He was born on April 6, 1928 in Crossett, Arkansas and was a resident of Crossett for many years and a former resident of Eudora. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean Conflict. He worked for the Georgia-Pacific Corporation for over 43 years having retired in 1991. He was a Christian, a member of Crossroads Missionary Baptist Church and an avid fisherman.
Mr. Brockwell was preceded in death by his wives, the mother of his sons, Jean Bays Brockwell in 1970, Evelyn Smith Brockwell in 1986 and Janie Murphy Brockwell in 2014; his parents, Leroy and Ruth Gray Brockwell; three sisters, Joyce Ann Brockwell, Euphenia Courson, and Gladys Faye Johnson.
He is survived by two sons, Glenn Brockwell and wife, Jacci and Tony Brockwell and wife Gina; four grandchildren, Nicholas Brockwell, Jonathan Brockwell and wife, Sarah, Hannah Brockwell and Ethan Brockwell; four great-grandchildren, Brandon, Benjamin, Caitlyn and Balyn Brockwell; a brother, Roy Brockwell and wife, Elizabeth, all from Crossett and several nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be held on April 1 at 3 p.m. at the Flat Creek Cemetery with Revs. Robin Allen and Eric Hodge officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Nicholas Brockwell, Jonathan Brockwell, Ethan Brockwell, Brandon Brockwell, Mike Brockwell and Kolten Brockwell.
