Guylene Bozeman-Tanksley, 53, of Conway, formerly of Portland, died on September 13, 2018.
She was a 1983 graduate of Montrose Academy, worked for the Kimberly Clark Corporation for 15 years, and was a member of the Portland Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, loved music, flowers and helping others.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Betty Smith Bozeman, a sister, Cynthia Ann Smith and a nephew, Tommy Smith.
She is survived by her wife, Heather Bozeman-Tanksley of Conway; her children, Brittany Aultman of Conway and Greg Hand and fiancée, Erin Tucker, of Ankeny, Iowa; two sisters, Pam Hackett and husband, Dave, of Dermott and Davinia Martin and husband, Wilbur, of Portland; three grandchildren, Emery Aultman, Everett Aultman and Avery Hand; her mother-in-law, Freda Ann Tanksley; her father-in-law, Billy Clyde Tanksley; her memaw, JoeAnn Collier all of Hamburg; several nieces and nephews and her special pet and sidekick, Sadie.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16 from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home in Hamburg. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Jerry Selby officiating. A private burial will be at the Portland Cemetery.
