Hannah Elizabeth Faye Perry, 15, of Warren, died April 6, 2014 with her father Chris Perry in an automobile accident.

She was born January 14, 1999 in Bradley County and was the daughter of Jennifer Nicholson Perry and the late Christopher Dean Perry.

Hannah was a homeschooled student and a very smart and beautiful young lady. She enjoyed working side by side with her father. She had a passion for dirt track racing, and on any given Saturday night during racing season, she could be found with her father at the track getting ready to race her car – #13H.

Hannah was a Bradley County 4H member and received many awards including 4H member of the year in 2010. She also won many best of show and blue ribbons at the Bradley County Fair.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers Nicholas Perry and Anthony Creamer, both of Warren; her paternal grandmother Mittie Faye Perry of Hermitage; her maternal grandmother, Nancy Nicholson of Warren; five aunts, Linda Wyman and husband Richard, Peggy Huenerberg and husband Jerry, all of Houston, Texas, Kristina Johnson and husband David of Warren, Amy Binns and husband Joey, Sr. of New Edinburg, and Karen Perry of New Edinburg; two uncles, James Ronald Perry and wife Jane of Conway and Terry Perry and wife Toni of Houston, Texas; and a host of great aunts, uncles, cousins and many many friends.

Funeral services will be April 9 at 2 p.m. at Frazer’s Funeral Home in Warren. Burial will be at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

Visitation is April 8 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
