Ida Nonie House Maurer, 82, of Fairfield Bay, formerly of Monticello, passed away on Monday, November 6, 2017 at Indian Rock Village in Fairfield Bay.
She was born on June 2, 1935 in Monticello to the late Monroe E. House and Lillian O. Farmer House.
Mrs. Maurer was the widow of Lloyd G. Maurer, a retired secretary, and a member of First Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa G. Propps-Brener.
Survivors include a daughter, Tina K. Propps-Makowski and husband David of Redondo Beach, California; two sisters, Dixie House Crawley and husband Alex of Fairfield Bay and Eddie House Calhoun and husband Charles of Redfield; two grandsons, Parker Brenes of Castaic, California and Alec J. Makowski of Redondo Beach, California; one granddaughter, Kristin J. Makowski of Redondo Beach, California and many loved cousins, nephews and nieces.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel in Monticello with burial to follow in Enon Cemetery with Rev. Ken Reece officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, November 17 at the funeral home.
