Irish Mack, 78, of Dermott, passed away March 1, 2014 at St. Vincent Hospital in Little Rock.
She was a homemaker and a member of Lightwood Missionary Baptist Church in Halley.
She was born December 26, 1935 and was the daughter of the late Ben Rodgers, Sr. and Emma Clay Rodgers.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gill Mack; a daughter, Lois Brooks; and two brothers, Ben Rodgers, Jr., and Freddie Rodgers.
She is survived by four sons, Micheal Mack and wife Melody, Dwight Mack and wife Zelda, Eric Mack and wife Yonsuk, and Larry Harris and wife Jessica; seven daughters, Constance Williams, Ruth Nash and husband Percy, Vicki People, Mary Mack-Yancy, Nicole Hicks, Norma Brown and husband Carlos, and Bonnie Foster and husband, James; one sister, Doris Tyler; one sister-in-law, Mary Rodgers; 20 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held March 7 at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. A.G. Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Lightwood Church Cemetery at Halley under the direction of Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village.
