J. T. Warren Sizemore, 81, of Dermott, died on Sunday, October 30, 2016.
He graduated from Desha Central High School and served in the U. S. Army National Guard during the Little Rock Central High School Crisis in 1957. He was a farmer and formerly owned an Auto Parts Store in Dermott. He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church.
Mr. Sizemore was born on May 10, 1935 in Boles, Arkansas and was the son of the late W. W. and Iva Vines Sizemore.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Theo Sizemore.
Survivors include brothers, Delbert (Candy) Sizemore of Dermott and Orval Dale Sizemore of Rogers; sisters Della (Joe) Smith of Monticello, Beverly (Drew) Sims of McGehee, Marilyn (Robin) Vincent of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; sons, Gordon (Mollie) Sizemore of McGehee, Stephen Sizemore of Monticello; daughter Lynne (Andy) Gavin of Tampa, Florida; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on November 1 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee. Funeral Services will follow at 6 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Kenny Culpepper officiating.
