Jack Milton Ferguson, 79, of Collins died on December 19, 2017 at his home in Collins.
He was born on September 30, 1938 in Jerome, Arkansas to the late Thomas Jack and the late Susie Augusta (Dunagan) Ferguson.
He married Betty Carol Hilliard on August 23, 1963 in Bellaire, Arkansas. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was of the Perry Masonic Lodge. He was an electrician for Potlatch Corporation for over 15 years before retiring.
Mr. Jack was preceded in death by his son, Harvey E. Ferguson, brother, Harvey Ferguson, sister, Mattie Ruth Craig, and sister, Vera Knobloch.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty Carol (Hilliard) Ferguson of Collins; one son, John Ferguson and wife, Janice of Collins; two daughters, Teresa Weatherly and husband, Freddie of Monticello and Pam Waldrup and husband, Robby of Collins, and eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and host of nieces nephews and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 21 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Bishop-King Funeral Home in Lake Village. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 22 at Bishop-King Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Old Troy Cemetery south of Collins.
