James David Wilcox, 21, of Star City passed away January 19, 2022 at his home.
He was born January 27, 2000 in Pine Bluff to Dale and Brenda Williams Wilcox.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Star City, a 2018 graduate of Cornerstone Christian Academy, and was a forklift driver for Dumas Tractor Salvage. He loved hunting, fishing, listening to music, loved to play the guitar and drums, enjoyed going to the movies and spending time with family.
Preceding him in death were his paternal grandmother, Linda Wilcox; and maternal grandparents, B.D. and Ruby Williams.
Survivors include his parents, Dale and Brenda Wilcox of Star City; brother, Larry Dale Wilcox of Lake Village; paternal grandfather and wife, Jim (Beverly) Wilcox of Fredericktown, Missouri; aunts and uncles, Paula (Randy) Singleton of McGehee, Deanna (Major) Blissitt of Monticello, Wendy (Kelvin) Fuller of Rhower, and Barry (Laura) Williams of Granbury, Texs; and many extended family and friends.
Visitation is Saturday, January 22 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Chapel in Star City. A graveside service will be held Sunday, January 23 at 2 p.m. at Forks LaGrue Cemetery with Bro. Jeremy Woodall officiating.
