Jimmie Ray Bardin, 71, of Crossett, passed away on September 17, 2019.
He was born on November 10, 1947 in Crossett, to Paul James Bardin and Norma Malone Bardin.
Mr. Bardin was a good Christian man who enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in his shop. He retired from Georgia Pacific where he was a tissue maker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James Wade (2018); and all of his sisters and brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Margaret Bardin; two sons, Hubert Ray Bardin (Kim) of Eureka Springs and Jimmy Dion Bardin of Crossett; eight grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 19 at 1 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Crossett with Bro. Kenneth Watt officiating. Burial will follow at Carlock Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Richard Watt, Randall Watt, Donnie Murl Watt, Zack Bardin, Mathew Bardin and Allen Bardin.
