Johnny Mack Fletcher, 75, of Monticello, formerly of Crossett, passed away on June 16, 2017 at his home.

He was retired from AD&N Railroad, a United States Army Veteran and was a Christian of the Baptist faith.

Mr. Fletcher was born November 26, 1941 in Ashley County, and was the son of the late John Fletcher and Mary Eubanks Fletcher.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson, Dustin “Rooster” Ferguson; one brother, Eddy Fletcher; and a niece, Ginny Lawson.

Survivors include one son, John Shannon Fletcher and wife Rhonda of Rison; one daughter, Tina Ferguson and husband Ray of Monticello; one sister, Mary Lawson and husband Joe of Harrison; two granddaughters, Holly Carter and husband Jason and Rebecca Gober and husband Shiloh all of Monticello; three great-grandsons, Jacob Reed Carter, John Cole Carter and Kingston Gober; and one niece, Tamara Davidson and husband Chris of Sheridan.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 19, at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel with burial to follow in Oakland Cemetery. Visitation is Monday. prior to the service from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m.
