Joseph “Ronnie” Ronald Ryburn, 75, of Monticello, passed away on October 24, 2015 at his home.
He was co-owner and operator of Razorback Body Shop and Razorback rentals, a United States Air Force veteran of the Vietnam era and was a member of Rose Hill Free Will Baptist Church.
Mr. Ryburn was a very loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing and working in his yard. He was an avid Razorback fan. He was very faithful to his church and loved all his church family.
Mr. Ryburn was was born on June 4, 1940 at Monticello and was the son of the late Robert Lee Ryburn, Sr. and Lois Morrison Ryburn.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Robin Ryburn and Jane Neill.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Gloria Coy Ryburn of Monticello; a son, Joey Ryburn and wife Becky of Monticello; a brother, Robert Lee Ryburn, Jr. and wife Martha of Monticello; a brother by choice, Larry Crutchfield and wife Marilyn of Monticello; two grandsons, Brandon Ryburn and wife Lauren of Hardy and Nicholas “Nick” Ryburn and wife Tori of Fayetteville; four great-grandchildren, Reed, Gray, Stella and Roxi, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation is Monday, October 26 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Stephenson Dearman Funeral Home in Monticello.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, October 27 at 10 a.m. at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Burial will be at Oakland Cemetery in Monticello.
