Joy Ann Henry, 86, of Warren, died on October 16, 2016 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello.
She was a retired nurse and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Warren.
Mrs. Henry was born on February 14, 1929 in Camden and was the daughter of the late Charles Hutton and Mamie Brownell Hutton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Smead Henry; a brother, Charles A. Hutton, Jr., two sisters, Allean Layton and Margie Speers; and two grandchildren, Pamela Ann Blankenship and Gracie Wry.
She is survived by two sons, John Henry and wife Barbara of Warren and Charles Wry, Marion, Virginia; a daughter, Mamie Ruth Blankenship, Bardstown, Kentucky; 14 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Octoer 18 at 2 p.m. at Frazer’s Funeral Home in Warren with Rev. Gary Carter officiating. Burial will be at Union Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers are Kanyon Calhoun, Doug Harris, Jesse James, Roger Lephiew, Mike Nichols and Hugh Allen Quimby.
