Kenneth Copelin, 75, of Dumas, passed away on October 5, 2015 in Little Rock.
He was the owner and collision repair technician of Dumas Body Shop and Towing Recovery for 45 years.
Mr. Copelin was born on July 28, 1940 at Lubbock, Texas and was the son of the late Emmitt Copelin and Edna Young Copelin.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ewell Copelin.
Survivors are his wife, Carolyn Copelin of Dumas; a son, Cougan Copelin of North Little Rock; a daughter, Priscilla Copelin Neeley and husband, Scott of Dumas; a sister, Barbara Keneda of Lubbock, Texas and two grandchildren, Copelin Scott Neeley and Emmitt Hershell Neeley.
Visitation will be held on October 7 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Griffin Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held on October 8 at 2 p.m. at Abundant Life Worship Center in Dumas. Rev. Spencer Berry will officiate.
Honorary pallbearers are Ted Hill, Berzent Blagg, Darrell Fisher, William Day, Dr. Jim Lewis, Ricky Reyes, Kelvin Fells, Keyon Thompson, Ricky Cantrell, Stevie Whaley, Chester Dann, Jim Campbell, Price “Bubba” Boney, James Boney, Joe Jones, H.L. Dorsey and Drew.
