Kim Scroggins, 53, of Crossett, died August 1, 2014 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science Hospital in Little Rock.
Mrs. Scroggins was a native of Forrest City; a resident of Crossett since 2010 and a former resident of Parkdale for many years. She was a homemaker and a member of the Indian Switch Assembly of God Church. She was a loving mother and a devoted wife.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, April Scroggins in 1981 and her parents, Ross and Veda Reece Weatherford.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Billy Gene Scroggins of Crossett; two sons, Michael Scroggins of Clarksville and Phillip Scroggins of Benton; two daughters, Lindsey Forrest and husband, Stephen, of Crossett and Danielle Powers of Frederick, Maryland; a brother, Nickey Weatherford of Truman; Arkansas a sister, Lana Weatherly of Wilmot; three grandchildren, Braden, Brock and Chloe Forrest; several nieces and nephews and a host of extended family.
Graveside funeral services will be held August 4 at 2 p.m. at the Parkdale Cemetery with Rev. Roger West officiating.
